Toy Drive & Christmas Celebration
Every December, the West Orange PBA annually co-hosts a Toy Drive & Christmas Celebration at the Unconditional Love Fellowship Church. Toys, which are donated by Local 25, are given to less fortunate children by our members.

Real Men Wear Pink
Every October, the West Orange PBA sells "NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE" pink wristbands to show support for Breast Cancer Awareness month.  100% of the sales is donated to the American Cancer Society to assist in making strides in cancer research, treatment, and early detection.

Relay For Life
On June 13, 2014, West Orange PBA participated as "Team Groves" at the Relay For Life cancer walk fundraiser to raise money for The American Cancer Society in honor of Officer Tim Groves, who lost his battle with cancer while still an active West Orange Police Officer.

Timothy Groves Memorial Scholarship Fund
The world lost a bright light with the passing of Officer Timothy Groves. Officer Groves was a beloved, committed, and passionate officer of the West Orange Police Department. A lifelong West Orange resident, he bravely served his hometown for fourteen years before he ultimately succumbed to cancer at the age of 48.

In memory of their lifelong friend, Officer Groves, Lisa and Donald Shauger recently established the Officer Groves Scholarship with the West Orange Scholarship Fund (WOSF). The WOSF, which was founded in 1923, awards scholarships annually, on Senior Awards Night, to West Orange High School graduating seniors who are in financial need and have demonstrated academic achievement. The Officer Groves Scholarship Award, in particular, will be for the benefit of students in financial need who are interested in law enforcement and/or in pursuing the academic path of Criminal Justice.
